We primarily focus on Hubspot as a CRM. Other Tools include but are not limited to Chargebee, Stripe, Apollo, Outreach, pardot, Zapier / make.com, Tag Manager, GA4.

Do you also handle our webtracking?

Yes, our team has a background in web development. We also handle the entire webtracking setup and all Web-To-CRM processes, including the configuration of Tag Managers, conversion tracking, custom scripts and GA4.

How do you handle attribution?

We usually decide on the attribution approach dependent on your GoToMarket Activities. In either way however, we work with software-based custom UTM/Referrer tracking as well as self-reported attribution. If your company is larger and spending significant amounts on Marketing Campaigns, we jointly evaluate the usage of 3rd party tools like dreamdata or hockeystack.

Do you only consult or also do implementation work of the RevOps & CRM Setup?

We only do both and think this is the best approach in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.

Do you work project based or hourly?

We offer both: Fractional support, which is usually a monthly retainer based on a set amount of workdays a month, and project-based work, dependent on the scope of work.
